  Additions and Other Remodeling  

Step 1 - Email or Call our office for a free consultation. Our Sales/Design Specialist will meet with you at your home to review your project.  At that same time, we’ll complete an onsite evaluation, answer any questions you might have, and discuss some budgetary numbers. You'll need to establish a budget for the overall project.

Step 2 - You'll need to have plans drawn up from which bids can be obtained. We are happy to provide this service to you or you can meet with an architect to design your addition. Once a design is completed we'll meet to go over the plans and develop a scope of work and detailed specifications.

Step 3 - The plans and specifications will be sent out for bidding purposes. After 2 to 3 weeks, we'll sit back down with you to review numbers.

Step 4 - Should you elect to proceed, a preliminary agreement will be signed and a down payment of $2,000 will be collected. You’ll meet and work directly with our interior designer to help you professionally make all your selections.  At that same time, we will finalize your design and specifications.

Step 5 - Once the plan, selections, and final proposal are complete, we’ll review everything one last time to make sure everything is the way that you want it. We’ll then sign an easy, straight-forward final agreement, collect an additional $2,000 and get to work!

Step 6 - In 10 to 12 weeks typically, your remodeling project will be done and ready for you to enjoy!

The Budget

The Budget Several scenarios are listed below from which you can establish a reasonable budget for your remodeling project
:
Basement Finishing
For Starters - $21,000 for 500 to 600 SF and bath
Most Popular – $36,000 for 900 to 1,000 SF and bath
Do-It-Yourself Package - $23,000 for 900 to 1,000 SF. We do framing through drywall including all electric and plumbing and you do the rest

Kitchen Remodels
Reface existing cabinets and install new laminate tops - $10,000 to $20,000
New cabinets and granite tops - $20,000 to $30,000
New kitchen with cabinets, granite tops, flooring, appliances - $35,000 and up

Bath Remodel
Get a new look with new vanity and top, sink, toilet, and flooring - $10,000
Full remodel including tub and shower replacement - $15,000 to $20,000
3rd Car Garage Addition - $25,000
